Things To Remember Prior to Making Reservations:

Check
IN time is 3:00 PM and Check OUT time is at 10:00 AM.

We do
NOT allow camping in tents, trailers, vehicles, etc. on our property (no
exceptions).
|
|
The
cabins are equipped with linens & blankets, kitchenware and gas cook-top (no oven). No electric coffee pot
or microwave in the cabins (you may bring your own).
|
|
Bring
TOWELS (as we do not provide them).
|
|
Telephones
and Televisions
are NOT in the cabins (you may bring your own, but we do
not guarantee the reception).
|
|
Please
note the maximum occupancy
of your cabin prior to making your reservations.
|
| Someone
staying in your cabin must be 21 years old (NO EXCEPTIONS).
|
|
Absolutely
No Pets are permitted
on Lake Vanare Cabins grounds (NO
EXCEPTIONS).
|
|
Reservation
payment Information: A $200 non-refundable deposit per week, per
cabin, is required for all WEEKLY reservations. During SUMMER we only take WEEKLY reservations (Sat. to
Sat.). There is a 2 night minimum in Spring & Fall (3 night
minimum for Americade) and we require a $100
non-refundable deposit for all DAILY
reservations.

Parking For 2
Vehicles only at each cabin.
|
|
Please
send a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit in the form of a check or money order to
reserve each cabin. Please be aware, that we do NOT accept credit
cards at anytime. We require payment upon arrival and prefer
CASH but will accept a check from repeat customers.
However, CASH is all we accept
from NEW CUSTOMERS.
